PETER ILLINGWORTH FNAEA (Partner of Illingworth-Wood and Beanland Illingworth) read estate management and valuation in Sheffield. Following his training in Yorkshire and having served as a residential sales manager for two major practices, Peter set up his practice now trading as Illingworth Wood in 1990. In August 1998 Peter formed a new partnership with Paul Beanland. This practice was established in Pickering and continues to trade as Beanland Illingworth. Both Illingworth-Wood and Beanland- Illingworth joined up with the Mayfair Office, London in March 2005 providing them with the shared facility of a shop window in London.
	PAUL BEANLAND FRICS (Consultant Beanland Illingworth) Paul continues to be a leading commercial and development advisor in this area with 50 years professional experience. Prior to 1993 Paul was the senior residential partner of a large multi-disciplined practice of estate agents, auctioneers, valuers and surveryors covering North Yorkshire, Ryedale, East Yorkshire and North Humberside. Paul has particular skills in planning, development consultancy and survey work.
CHRISTINE ILLINGWORTH (Partner Illingworth-Wood and Beanland Illingworth). Christine, during her earlier career, worked for Barclays Bank, moving from Hull, to Thirsk, then to York Parliament Street as a personal banker and then on to Kirkbymoorside Branch in 1978. In 1988 she become a mother and brought up her sons Alex and William, and joined the business as a bookkeeper. She is both a partner of Illingworth Wood and Beanland Illingworth and is responsible for the financial aspects of running the family businesses.

	NICK CHURTON (Managing Director) After training in the London’s West End, Nick went on to become a partner of a large estate agency firm in the Home Counties. Following the sale of his company Nick became the Sales Director for a national firm of estate agents and later headed the property advertising team at Country Life magazine. SUSAN HAWKINS (Advertising Director) Susan’s many years of experience in handling clients’ property marketing needs have given her an in-depth knowledge of media advertising throughout the UK. Through high volume advertising in the national press she is able to pass on to clients special reduced rates available only through Mayfair Office.
	ANNETTE REEVE (Marketing Director) With twenty-five years’ experience in the residential property industry Annette has a keen eye for marketing strategy, development and opportunity, not only across the UK but increasingly through mainland Europe and the US. Annette acts in a pivotal role to co-ordinate the marketing mix of residential sales and new home projects.
